Gray: Dr. Dre x Topless

In my opinion, all of this "Detox" and "Recovery" stuff needs to end. Rappers need to stay high, do drugs, talk about violence and talk about murdering their wives... or do they? Regardless, this track is rumored to be off Dre's new album, Detox, which is supposed to turn heads, and maybe one up Eminem's Recovery. Dre, Eminem, and Nas... common and I got you lazy fools a download link. Check out the fire!

Gray: Got My Vans On...

So first semester I was stupid when it came to kicks. Rockin' my J's to parties, then being too wasted to do anything about the scuffs when I stumble back into my room. Jordans rarely make an appearance anymore anyway, since I skate to class, and I sure as hell am not skating in Jordans... and when I am not in class its either studying or partying, so you get the picture. The first time I was out in LA with David, he told me to look out for the Vans fetish this city has, and since I have been living out there, the truth behind David's words only became more apparent. Vans are cheap, comfortable, and they are fresh. I never ended up getting a pair out there, but i found a couple pair under my tree this year. I feel a collection about to begin...

David: TKFV Introduction - ChristianFGY

Christian actually has made a short appearance on TKFV before in Maestro Know's video where he visited his school in Las Vegas. In the video Maestro shares some inspiring words to his film class. Below are a few videos that Christian has put together and sent me the other day. This guy is a very talented director and I remember getting in touch with this guy when he reached out to us about our videos. Since then we've built a pretty good relationship and continue to review each others work. Besides directing Christian is also a designer and photographer.

The first video is of Dennaya Famous, owner of the store Dfame in Las Vegas. In this video he highlights the aspirations of a local stylist/vintage clothing store owner while capturing her work and store at the same time. Little side note too, I NEED SOME OF THESE ITEMS IN MY CLOSET! Wow. Check it out below:

The second video is a preview of the Canyon Springs Basketball team documentary called, "Road to Revenge." It's a story of passion, motivation, inspiration, and dedication. I'm definitely excited to see the full version after seeing this teaser. Check it out below:

There is a lot more to come from this dude and we love everything he's put together so far. Whatever he's put his hands on lately has come out to be gold. ChristianFGY everybody. Keep an eye out.

David: Doze One x Dozin' Off (Mixtape)

The homie Doze One out of Providence, Rhode Island (my old hometown) just released this today. I respect this dudes grind and music a lot. Not many artists today have a combination of good singing and rapping like this guy and put it together like he does. There's definitely a different sound and genre Doze is bringing to the table on some of his songs on Dozin' Off. I guess it's safe to say this music is simply Doze One and nobody else is touching it.

Below are two of my favorite tracks from the mixtape, "Jump" and "Windows Down." Take a listen and download the full mixtape below. Don't miss out on this guy. He'll definitely be on TKFV a lot more.

David: OFWGKTA x Bads†anta Show

Hodgy Beats of OFWGKTA

Wednesday night (12/22), OFWGKTA took the stage at the extremely well known Roxy Theater in Los Angeles, California. All the guys in OF have quickly been recognized as some of the best live performers and for good reason. Their shows aren't only sold out every single time, but they capture the crowds attention, get them involved, keep the intensity levels up, and keep them going till the end. Something the hip hop world has really needed for a long time from my personal experiences going to concerts in the past.

Check out the footage below and support the up and coming group, OFWGKTA:

David: Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas to everyone from TKFV! I hope Santa was good to everyone, but remember, it isn't about what you get, but rather the unification and spirit of people. This is the time of the year when happiness is an influence on everyone's lives. So however you spend it make sure to not only celebrate it for yourself, but celebrate for those that couldn't celebrate with you this time around. Have an amazing holiday!

Below is a little track from Vermont producer Principal Dean perfect for today! Check it out below:
