First of all Happy New Year's to everyone! To start off the new year I wanted to open up by introducing DJ D-Cutz' and myself's DJ duo, Ditto. To clear up some confusion Ditto is separate from TKFV, though we are all family and have worked on projects together. But be on the lookout for D-Cutz and myself this year in 2011 because it's going to be HUGE. Music, concerts, stealing your women, everything. This is only the beginning!

But first a look back at Ditto in 2010:

Rave-a-Palooza

The video above was our first major concert at Higher Ground in Vermont. This was the most successful Rave in Vermont history and was so big that the venue OVER sold out. SWAG.

David: Fall Techno Fest at Higher Ground!

This Saturday night at Higher Ground in South Burlington, Vermont DJ Cody Rice, Vakkuum, DJ D-Cutz, and myself (DJ D-Kid) will be performing! This is the fourth event thrown at Higher Ground after three sold out events before it. So if you haven't yet already get your tickets! $15 before and $18 day of. David: Summer Heat 2 (Recap)

DJ D-Kid (Myself)

Last Thursday night, 8/19, at Higher Ground in South Burlington, Vermont, myself, DJ D-Cutz, Vakkuum, & DJ Cody Rice sold out another successful show. This show was so much different than the others though. For the first time the response from the crowd was so on point. For a show originally meant for people dancing and having fun lead to girls grabbing onto our legs and screaming our names. The first couple rows were just watching us. I can tell you after that DJ D-Cutz and myself will stop at nothing this year to keep advancing.

Special thanks to Mark Mallory & Eric Dubuque for putting on another great show, DJ Cody Rice & Vakkuum for supplying more dope music, our favorite photographer Sarah Kjelleren for taking photos, and of course my homie Gray for taking some video footage of the show.

David: Summer Heat 2 at Higher Ground Tonight!

Part of the reason why there hasn't been many posts on TKFV lately is because of our show, Summer Heat 2, at Higher Ground tonight in South Burlington, Vermont. From the same dudes who put on the most successful raves in Higher Ground history, Rave-a-Palooza and Summer Heat, we're excited to perform again tonight with DJ Cody Rice and Vakkuum. Gray was doing the filming again as usual and DJ D-Cutz and myself were keeping the crowd going. Another sold out show and another crazy crowd. Gray: MURS at Higher Ground (5/15)

MURS was in Burlington this weekend, and I attended the show on Sunday. The place was empty, but what can you expect on a Sunday night. The openers Nocando and BurntMD were struggling with the lack of energy from the crowd (Nocando more than BurntMD), and were therefore pretty shitty to be honest. MURS killed it like always, and looked to be havin fun on stage. He stuck around in Burlington for a few days, and I heard of some kids kickin it with him on church street the day after the show. He is truly a down to earth guy who makes music for the love of it, and not for the money.Above is a picture of my homies VJ Wesley and Jordan Sparks gettin a pic with the man himself.

David: Crowd Control Concert x Kidz In The Hall, 88 Keys, Izza Kizza, & Donnis

This is mainly for people in the Vermont area Friday, April 23rd. Kidz In The Hall, 88 Keys, Izza Kizza, & Donnis are coming to Higher Ground for their final stop on the Crowd Control tour. This concert has been selling out across the country and there are not many tickets left here, so buy your tickets quick if you haven't already! I myself cannot make it (which I'll explain in a later post tonight), but Gray will be in attendance hopefully filming the concert to share to everyone. For a little preview, below is the new video of Gone by one of my favorite artists on this tour, Donnis!
