I'm taking over the "Kicks of the Week" post for this week because I wanted to do a post on a pair of shoes I just picked up over on Gilt (the best website ever). I tried these on during a trip to NYC earlier this year and what I like about them is that the sides fold down easily like a Converse shoe. It's fully lined with a padded insole and a rubber sole with traction and features metal eyelets, a rounded toe, and a back pull tab. SWAG!

David: WHY?!

My first question is... WHY IS THIS EVEN ALLOWED?! I don't know what went through the person's head to invent something like this haha. I've seen this commercial a few times now on TV and every single time I can't stop laughing at it. I was in Buffalo Wild Wings (that restaurant with a million TVs and a million people watching sports) watching game 7, Lakers vs. Celtics, when this came on and everyone was cracking up. I mean come on now, WHY would you make this haha? Otherwise, watch the video and proceed to do as I do every time and crack up.

Gray: Turtle Making Moves

It has always been Ari or Turtle for me, and now it is pretty easy to decide that my favorite character in Entourage is Turtle. As Ari's ego has skyrocketed, Turtle is finally makin moves on his own, and not completely relying on Vince's black card. I hope something happens to Ari's character this season, something big. I wouldn't mind seeing him getting fucked over, and how he would build his character back up. He's on top of the world, I wonder if anyone is going to try to take him off. But as for Turtle, he has always been the I take what I can get stoner, but no doubt a best friend to Vince. And you can always count on him to be rocking the freshest kicks on the show. Its good to see things are finally working out for him, and it will be interesting to see where he goes in season 7. People complain that season 6 was lame because Vince didn't really do anything, but the seasons are getting better because it isn't always just about Vince anymore, its about everyone who is involved with him. I was sitting here staring at my computer wondering what I should write about and then I realized we've never done a post on one of the biggest rappers in the Vermont area, Vader the Villin. Vader is one of my really good friends in the area and ever since I've heard his first song ever made I've been a fan ever since. His music is for the ears that enjoy true hip-hop like myself. One of the best up and coming lyricists I've heard and I'm not just saying that because I'm his friend. Check out the videos below to see why I say this dude is amazing.

David: Super High (Remix) x Rick Ross x Wiz Khalifa x Curren$y

It makes sense that Rick Ross would team up with Wiz Khalifa and Curren$y to make a remix of Super High lol. This was one of my favorite tracks off of the Albert Anastasia EP by Rick Ross so I was happy to see a remix made out of this song. Gray: TKFV vs. Summer Heat (Video)

Above is the official video of David (DJ D-Kid) and DJ D-Cutz' last concert Summer Heat, which took place last Tuesday (6/22) at Higher Ground in South Burlington, Vermont. It was another sold out crowd and successful show - straight CRAZY! This wasn't my first rave that I filmed, but definitely my favorite. The crowd was wild, energy was high, and everything was going as planned. The video shows how sick it was so get to watching!!!!
